Brad Ettore
Brad Ettore is a 3rd Generation construction businessman and entrepreneur who grew up in the construction industry. His grandfather came to the United States from Italy in his mid 30’s and was a master brick and block mason into his late 70’s. Brad’s father (Don Ettore) was the 3rd largest home builder in Ohio. Being born with an entrepreneur spirit, Brad began working with his father at 8 years of age cleaning the construction offices. Shortly thereafter he worked in the construction fields as a laborer, then as a carpenter and soon a superintendent. At the age of 18 Brad launched his own general contractor’s business called “Concept Builders.”
Years later, his father asked him to join forces with him again and together they ran a 90 million per year company making them Ohio’s third largest home builder.
Now as the owner of Fortress Claims Group, a subsidiary of Fortress Contractors Inc., Brad has streamlined the process by specializing in Roof Replacements and Property Damage Restoration.
Cat Walker
Co-Founder, Cat Walker, spent most of her career in the corporate arena, working as a project manager in the logistics space and in account management. For several years she was employed by a manufacturer in the building supply industry and most recently she worked for 8 years for a Fortune 25 company, both in supply chain and as an account manager, supporting their largest customer.
