I had two roofing companies try to get my roof approved but both times they were denied by my insurance company, and then I never heard from them again. Then I met Brad. He looked at the roof and said he felt he could get me approved. Once again they denied the claim, but Brad continued to negotiate with them, and got me approved for a full replacement! All I had to pay was my deductible. Not only was I impressed with his negotiating skills but also him as a person. He was a pleasure to deal with, always available to answer any questions, and the best part was I didn’t have to lift a finger. He handled everything from A to Z. I was out of town when the roof was done but without my asking, they sent me photos throughout the process, and the end result was fantastic. Before Brad came along, the house had been on the market for over a year. But with the new roof, it sold within two weeks. If I ever need to make another insurance claim, there’s NO question who I will call.

When Brad first called me about my roof being damaged, I was quite skeptical. So, I googled him and found that he had an extensive background in construction and a good reputation. Then I met with him, and he explained the whole process and what to expect, and everything happened just like he said it would. He said my insurance company would probably deny the claim initially, but that he would eventually get it approved, and then they will most likely make a low-ball offer. But he said not to worry because he will get them to pay for everything. Well, that is exactly how it went down. They denied the claim, then he got them to approve it, and then he got them to DOUBLE their initial offer. Impressive! It was a big roof, a 10-unit apartment building, but they did it in one day. Also impressive. The roof looks fantastic, and they did a great job on clean-up too. Like I said, I was skeptical at first, but now I feel lucky that he called me. And all I had to pay was my deductible. I am one happy customer. Do not hesitate to hire Fortress Claims Group!

When my roof was damaged in a hailstorm, I spoke with my insurance agent about filing a claim.
